Medium-full salmon-pink with a tinge of orange; a rich and engaging bouquet which shows some age development with nuttiness from some barrel involvement as well as density, richness and fleshy texture. There's plenty of phenolics without spoiling the drinkability. A powerful, complex, textural and thoroughly satisfying glass of deadly serious rosé. A rosé for food rather than idle quaffing.
