Mayer Pinot Noir 2019

Deep red/purple colour, impressive depth for a Yarra pinot. Masses of dark berries on the nose. Cherry pips, cherry skins, lovely and sweetly ripe. Lush fruit in the mouth also, terrific concentration and fleshiness, fruit overflowing. Soft, light tannins; amazingly approachable already. Artifact influences are background, including stems.
