Bright, clear scarlet colour is a come on; Brokenwood has waltzed past the tannin trap without a care in the world. This wine is certainly as free as the breeze, with delicious red fruits of cherry and wild strawberry, the mouthfeel pure silk, the oak and tannins not even on stage. James Halliday
