Very pale pink. The nose is delicately perfumed and quite closed currently, reluctantly yielding hints of raspberry, wildflower and dried basil with a savoury undertow. The palate is light but detailed and energetic, with a long persistent note of dried raspberries and red plum over which are arrayed subtle layers of cinnamon, savoury spice, tilled earth, nettle tea and rosehip. No rush with this, it will slowly unfurl in the coming year and continue to develop more complexity in the near-term. Stephen Wong, The Real Review
