Palmer Blanc de Blancs NV is a unique and stunning combination of 85% Chardonnay from two top villages/crus in the Montagne de Reims (Trépail and Villers-Marmery, where Palmer has 80 hectares, those two crus are like a treasure island for Chardonnay in the middle of the ocean of Pinot Noir…) and 15% Chardonnay from the Côte de Sézanne (located south of the Côte des Blancs). Palmer therefore offers a very different Blanc de Blancs that is rated at the level of some of the very best Blanc de Blancs made with chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs.
