Grown on the exposed, north- facing limestone slope alongside the Sangreal Pinot Noir, this Chardonnay carries that signature mineral thread that seems to hum through every glass. As ever, Nick Farr’s Burgundian approach brings refinement and complexity without artifice. It's a full-bodied Chardonnay of easy power - layered, focused, and beautifully poised.  It's certainly powerful but in a coiled, restrained sort of way. Generous in fruit with ripe citrus, white stone fruits, and a whisper of almond meal, all wrapped around a spine of fine, saline acidity. Fantastic energy and tension through the palate. A brilliant expression of what Australian Chardonnay can be - thrilling now, and destined to age beautifully.
