“One of the newest cuvées in the Palmer range, this blanc de noirs is an equal blend of Meunier and Pinot Noir, with Verzy, Verzenay, Mailly-Champagne and Les Riceys being some of the key villages. Deep lemon gold colour. The beautifully fruity nose has sophisticated red cherry and strawberry notes and smart toasty layers. The clean, rich fruitiness is free of any melancholic autumnal aromatics. It's silky and lingering on the palate, which bursts with juicy fruitiness. Long, fresh and lively finish.
