Mid lemon yellow. A faint reduction and a light oxidation, shows the straight from untouched barrel nature of the sample. The oak speaks quiet loudly, then there is good acidity behind, and fine length – but not so easy to see at this moment. Burghound Outstanding ♥ - Hints of exotic tea add interesting to the floral, citrus and white fleshed fruit aromas. Here too the mouthfeel of the refined middleweight flavors is super-sleek with equally evident minerality adding a sense of lift to the sneaky long finale that is firm but not especially austere.
