Pinot Noir, the ‘heartbreak grape’, rewards patience with unrivalled depth and complexity. It’s also the most highly prized grape in the world. At first glance, most Pinot Noir wines are pale to medium in colour due to their thin skins. Pinot Noir ranges from bright red fruit styles – think strawberries, red cherries, raspberries – to deep, sumptuous dark fruits and savoury spice including intriguing undertones of forest floor, tea leaves, and sometimes even clove. We just love the stuff!
